Appengine Mapper Api Import Error

EDIT: I just gave it a go on appengine itself and it seems like it actually works there, so the problem is just with the dev server. I would still be interested in understanding wh

This may be the same problem I was having -- I was using the 2.7 version of the Python Interpreter in my local environment. When I switched to 2.5, it works fine.
